ouR Bison Meat
Meat & Processing
Our bison are free-roaming, grass fed and grain finished. Meat is processed and packaged in a local, female owned, state inspected facility. Individual cuts are sold frozen. We harvest our bison as a herd management method in small batches and are able to tell you when the animal was born, how it lived, what it ate, when it was it's time to go and why.
How to Order
We do not currently operate an online Point of Sale system. Visit the "Meat Cuts" tab to find our catalog of products. Call or email us with your order. We will pull and weigh your request, give you the total and arrange a pick up date and time.

Picking Up Your Order
Visits or pick ups are arranged by appointment only. Your order can be picked up at 209 E Greenbriar Ln. Dallas, TX 75203 at the Unified Building Sciences office. This is our long time family owned business and where we store our products. At this time, we do not offer shipping. Local delivery can be arranged for a fee depending on distance.
